Rush of Towers runs on a vertical-scrolling arcade engine where concrete blocks fall from construction sites above at increasing speeds. The player controls a yellow construction crane vehicle positioned on a gray asphalt road with standard yellow lane markings. The road scrolls continuously upward, creating the illusion of forward movement through a busy construction zone.
The collision detection system registers hits between falling white rectangular blocks and the player vehicle. Each collision deducts one life from the three-heart pool displayed in the top-right corner. When all three lives are depleted, the run terminates and the final score is compared against the personal best stored locally.
The spawning algorithm generates falling obstacles at randomized horizontal positions along the road width, with spawn frequency tied to elapsed time. The longer you survive, the more objects fall simultaneously, creating escalating difficulty without artificial speed increases that would compromise responsiveness on mobile touchscreens.

Navigate through a vibrant construction site environment featuring sandy terrain, circular crater depressions, background vehicles, and authentic road markings. The 3D cartoon visual style with glossy surfaces and cel-shaded rendering creates an energetic arcade atmosphere.
White rectangular concrete slabs fall from above at varying positions across the road width. The randomized spawn pattern prevents memorization, forcing you to react to live threats. Every second demands full attention as multiple blocks can appear simultaneously.
You start each run with three lives displayed as red heart icons in the UI. Each collision with a falling block costs one heart. When all three hearts are empty, the run ends. This forgiveness system allows for occasional mistakes while maintaining tension.
Your personal best score is stored locally on your device and displayed prominently in the menu. Compete against yourself to survive longer, dodge more blocks, and climb your own leaderboard. The score counter runs continuously during gameplay.
